From the NFL

The story behind Next Level Culture and the coach who built it right.
What the league
teaches you.
I didn't grow up thinking I'd make the NFL. I grew up thinking I had to outwork everyone around me just to get a shot. That mentality — that relentless, no-excuses approach to preparation — is what got me to the Washington Football Team. And it's what I teach every athlete who walks through the doors of Next Level Culture.
Playing in the NFL changes how you see the game. You stop thinking about talent and start thinking about details. Your footwork on third and long. Your leverage off the line. Your ability to execute the same technique on rep 50 as you did on rep one. The players who last in this league aren't always the most gifted. They're the most prepared.
"You can't be great with part-time effort. That's not a slogan. That's what I lived."

To teach.
After my career, I saw something that bothered me. Young athletes with real ability — speed, instincts, the kind of talent you can't teach — getting overlooked. Not because they weren't good enough, but because nobody had given them the right coaching. Nobody told them what scouts actually look for. Nobody held them to a professional standard.
I built Next Level Culture to change that. Everything I wish I'd had access to at 15 — the NFL knowledge, the training methods, the mindset work — all of it, available right here.
Three rules.
No exceptions.
